When should I schedule my session?
When you have your Wedding date in mind, call to guarantee availability.  For Portraits, Jules is willing to work with you to get that ideal time and day for all your portrait needs.

What should we wear for our session?
It’s best to wear something comfortable.  It’s recommended to bring one dressier outfit and one casual – pick something that is you because that is how Jules can truly capture your personality in the photos.
For couples and families: wear colors that compliment each other – you don’t have to match.

How can I help make my session awesome?
The best way to make your session amazing is to communicate with Jules your ideas and thoughts on your photos.   Jules likes to collaborate with her clients to make each session fun and creative.  Jules especially loves it when her clients bring props that characterize who they are… such as – your bike, car, favorite instrument, hats, chair or couch, picnic supplies – anything that will make your session more fun.

What locations are available for sessions?
Currently Jules exclusively shoots on location, utilizing natural light as much as possible. This allows her to be able to provide unique and custom images for every client. Whether it be in your home, a country setting or an urban one, Jules will always be sure that the surroundings enhance the beauty of the images. Choice of location will be discussed in the phone consultation to ensure that your location will suit your desires for your finished portraits.

Will I see color and black and white versions of all of my photos?
No, not necessarily. Julie uses her artistic judgment about which photos look best in color and black and white.

Does Julie travel to other cities, or do destination weddings?
Jules has a passport and will travel.   Please call and inquire about travel fees before booking your session.
